  This price is for individuals that do not have a membership with MTSA.
• 04 Parent/Caregiver Registration – $250.00
  Registration for parent participant.

  Registration for students enrolled in higher education programs.

  If you are interested in earning a scholarship to the 2026 conference, please upload your application to the MTSA website prior to registering here.
• 09 Non-Profit Exhibitor – $750.00
  Non-Profit Exhibitor includes 2 conference registrations, meals and a preferred booth
  location with an 8ft skirted table and 2 chairs. For additional people to eat food at the conference, you must register them as a guest, on the next screen, for an additional $250.
• 10 For-Profit Exhibitor – $1,000.00
  For-Profit Exhibitor includes 2 conference registrations, meals and a preferred booth
  location with an 8ft skirted table and 2 chairs. For additional people to eat food at the conference, you must register them as a guest, on the next screen, for an additional $250.
• 11 Diamond Sponsor – $4,000.00
  Diamond Level Sponsorship is our premier sponsor, sponsoring the networking event,
  with special signage. Also included are 3 conference registrations, meals, a guaranteed
  breakout session, 5 minute highlight for your business at either lunch or dinner preferred
  booth location, title sponsorship display at one of the keynote sessions or board
  meeting. 8ft skirted table and 2 chairs will be available at your booth. Your logo will
  appear on Conference materials and the MTSA Website.
• 12 Platinum Sponsor – $3,000.00
  Platinum Level Sponsorship includes 2 conference registrations, meals, 5 minute
  highlight for your business at either lunch or dinner, preferred booth location, title
  sponsorship display at one of the keynote sessions or board meeting. 8ft skirted table
  and 2 chairs will be available at your booth. Your logo will appear on Conference
  materials and the MTSA Website.
• 13 Gold Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Gold Level sponsorship includes 2 conference registrations, meals and a preferred
  booth location with an 8ft skirted table and 2 chairs. Your logo will appear on
  Conference materials and the MTSA Website.
• 14 Silver Sponsor – $1,750.00
  Silver Level sponsorship includes 1 conference registration, meals and a preferred
  booth location with an 8ft skirted table and 2 chairs. Your logo will appear on
  Conference materials and the MTSA Website.
• 15 Bronze Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Bronze Level Sponsorship includes a preferred booth location with an 8ft skirted table
  and 2 chairs. Your logo will appear on Conference materials and the MTSA Website.
• 16 Current Board Members, Past Presidents, & Lifetime Members
• 17 Student Vendor – $50.00
  This is for student vendors only. The $50 will cover food for one person. If an additional person wants food, from the conference, they need to pay an additional $250 per person.
• 18 Approved Presenters Attending the Conference & Eating Meals
  This is for all approved presenters to register for the conference and eat at the conference. The meals are covered for only one person. If an additional presenter wants to eat at the conference, you can register them here as well. Each additional presenter pays $250 for the food.
• 19 Approved Presenters NOT Attending the Conference & NOT Eating Meals
  This is for approved presenters that are not attending the conference and are not eating at the conference. Please only select this option if you plan on presenting at your designated time and then leaving after. You will use the same code that was sent to you.
